About You

We’re looking for a confident, motivated and commercially driven salesperson who enjoys being out in the field and creating opportunities.

You will ideally have

- 3+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management within the security or building industry
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, surveillance technology and security systems preferred but not essential, full training provided.
- Proven experience generating new business and managing a sales pipeline
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Confidence approaching new businesses and making the first contact
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine appetite for growth
- A competitive, results-driven mindset
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your own territory and pipeline
- A valid Australian driver’s licence
- Ideally you will be based in Melbournes South Eastern / Mornington Peninsula region.

- $80,000 - $120,000 base salary + generous uncapped commission. Subject to experience and proven results
