Business Project Manager | Workforce Capability & Digital Enablement

We're partnering with a large and complex organisation to appoint an experienced Business Project Manager to support a major workforce capability and digital adoption portfolio. We are not seeking a technology delivery Project Manager or an Organisational Change Manager but a people and business focused Project Manager who has worked across technology enablement programs.

Operating within a broader transformation environment comprising more than 25 active initiatives, this role will lead key workstreams focused on the adoption of recent technologies and AI enablement. The objective is to ensure employees have the capability, support and frameworks required to successfully adopt new tools, technologies and ways of working already being introduced across the organisation.

This is a delivery-focused Project Manager role. While you will work closely with dedicated Capability Managers, Training Managers and Change practitioners, your responsibility will be to provide project leadership, governance and coordination across project streams to ensure outcomes are delivered successfully.

This is not a conventional technology delivery-focused Project Manager role. You will be expected to execute project deliverables across people transition-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of concurrent workstreams focused on organisational transition across digital skills adoption and AI enablement
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, capability, training and transformation functions
- Manage project governance,



reporting, financials, risks and dependencies
- Drive stakeholder engagement across a diverse and complex organisational environment
- Monitor workstream progress and ensure agreed deliverables are achieved

Typical Deliverables The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering outcomes such as:

- Workforce capability uplift initiatives
- Digital skills adoption programs
- AI enablement and readiness activities
- Capability frameworks and implementation plans
- Learning, training and enablement initiatives
- Adoption and engagement activities
- Governance packs, reporting and steering committee updates
- Business readiness and transition activities
- Delivery roadmaps, milestones and project reporting
- Cross-functional coordination across capability, training and business teams

About You You are an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering people-focused business initiatives where capability, adoption, organisational transition or workforce readiness have been key outcomes.

Your experience may have been gained delivering:

- Workforce capability programs
- Organisational development initiatives
- Enterprise adoption initiatives
- Business transformation projects involving significant people impacts

You will be comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, coordinating diverse stakeholder groups and maintaining oversight of governance, reporting, risks, financials and delivery outcomes. Most importantly, you are a Project Manager who has successfully delivered business outcomes in environments where user adoption and organisational transition were as important as the solution itself.
