The Role
We're expanding and looking for our next friendly and customer-focused Accountant to join our secure and high-performing accounting practice.
You will be working with a range of large and small businesses with turnover to $100M with complex needs, manage a portfolio of superannuation funds and grow your tax knowledge.
In order to keep up with their client base, this firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Advisory & SMSF Senior Accountant to join their team. You will be a part of a driven team and have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in client facing and business services consultancy work.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Accountant with Australian public practice experience who enjoys building relationships with clients while producing high-quality compliance work.
You will work closely with senior leadership,
contribute to technical direction and play a key role in maintaining the firm’s high standard of SMSF compliance and advisory.
The Candidate
Ideally you will have a minimum of 4 years in a similar role, be CA qualified (or studying towards), enjoy a team environment, have a pro-active approach and relish plenty of client contact. We expect you have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and can relate easily with clients and build relationships with clients. As well, be proficient with Class Super SMSF admin software.
Highly regarded will be your exposure to advisory or higher-level client interactions and tax experience across all structure arrangements.
