Roster: Mon - Fri 38 hr ave week - 9 day fortnight option

About The Role We’re looking for a driven Distribution and Planning Administrator to join our Distribution Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is either experienced or earlier in their career but shows strong potential, especially in managing internal and external relationships and thriving in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role will be based at Tronox Henderson – Russell Road.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Distribution and Planning Administrator will be accountable for:
- Daily inputting of data entry and arranging empty containers to Henderson and 3rd party warehouses as required
- Process purchase orders, invoices, pre-receival advice (PRA), and delivery documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Daily reconciliation of inward stock and outbound stock as required using WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Maintain inventory records and support stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Assist with reporting, operational analysis, and general administrative duties to support business objectives.
- Provide administrative support across warehouse operations
About You To be successful in your application you will ideally need to possess:
- Hold a valid Australian Drivers license (desired)
- Excellent organisational, time management, and document control capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexible within your role and responsibilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word etc (essential)
- Experience with Export Logistics (desired)
- Experience with SAP (desired)
- Can problem solve and negotiate in a variety of formats (written & verbal)
- The ability to work effectively managing competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
