Role Description The Business Support Analyst role at StyleVio Design is a part-time hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility to work both in office and from home. In this role, the individual will analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to support operational and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities, and supporting the development of streamlined workflows that enhance efficiency across design and client service operations. The role also involves collaborating with team members to clarify requirements, communicate findings, and ensure that business processes and financial practices align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.




- Experience in Business Analysis and Business Process review to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Effective Communication skills to present insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional team members.
- Foundational understanding of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with common business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management tools).
- Previous experience in a creative, consulting, or small business environment is an advantage.
- Relevant tertiary education in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
