Due to rapid growth in our wholesale division, we are looking for another Butcher to compliment the current team. This is a rare opportunity to join a very stable team of enthusiastic, motivated and highly skilled Butchers with a excellent team culture.
About the role
Key responsibilities
- Personal responsibility for safety of yourself and others.
- Shared responsibility for receiving deliveries with other team members
- Produce product as required to the shops standards.
- Ensure products are produced to specification with focus in quality and consistency.
- Break and prepare carcasses to production requirements.
- Batch, grind & produce mince, sausages and burgers, rissoles to customer requirements.
- Value Added Products and Raffle trays
- Portion control steak experience desirable
- 4am start Tuesday to Saturday roster.
