The Role In this role, you will be the administrative hub of campus recruitment, managing the planning, coordination, and smooth delivery of outcomes across the region. You’ll ensure participants have a seamless experience while keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned. This position is perfect for someone early in their recruitment career who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow their skills.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with program execution, HR technologies, and strategic recruitment initiatives, working closely with both local and global HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with prospective employees, talent acquisition teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee interview logistics from start to finish, including arranging virtual and in-person meetings, office visits,



team interactions, meals, and job-shadowing opportunities.
- Organize transportation, accommodation, and other travel requirements for candidates visiting from outside the area.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during on-site visits, welcoming them and coordinating their schedules to provide a professional and engaging experience.
- Prepare and circulate candidate materials, interview evaluations, and relevant information to recruiters, hiring leaders, and interview panel members.
- Keep applicant information current and accurately documented within the company’s recruitment and applicant tracking systems.
- Respond promptly to questions, calls, and requests from candidates, employees, and other recruiting stakeholders.
- Review existing recruiting workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support broader operational projects.
- Assist with college and graduate recruiting initiatives by coordinating career events, networking sessions, recruitment dinners, and activities for internship cohorts.
- Contribute to recruitment-related projects, including preparing reports, gathering market information,



researching academic institutions, and identifying relevant university career events.

Key Skills

- At least one year of relevant professional experience in administrative support, event coordination, or a comparable position. Background supporting HR or college/university recruiting functions is an advantage.
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team while managing priorities in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities, with confidence handling professional conversations over the phone.
- Demonstrated ability to assess challenges, think creatively, and develop practical solutions.
- Highly organized with excellent prioritization and workload-management skills.
- Consistently thorough and accurate, with a strong focus on details and follow-through.
- Demonstrates sound judgment when handling sensitive, private, or confidential information.
- Adaptable and willing to adjust working hours or provide additional support during particularly busy periods.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as digital calendar and scheduling platforms.
- Able to accommodate occasional local travel as needed for recruiting or organizational activities.
