We are now seeking aCommunity Fundraising and Events Specialistwhowill play a pivotal roleinacquiring,growingandretainingone-off supporters.This role offers an prospect make a real impactwithintheMarketing and Engagement teamand be part of an organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Base Salary + Superannuation + Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging (up to $18,550 of your salary tax-free).
- 5 Weeks Annual Leave (FTE) + 17.5% leave loading + pay during our annual office closure week.

About our role

- Assistwith the development of the Third-Party Fundraising, BandannaDayand Challenge event strategies, in consultation with theCommunity EngagementManagerand Head of Marketing and Engagement.
- Act as the key national contact for all Third-Party fundraisers and event participants, responsible for their stewardship andassistingthem in achieving success in their fundraising activities.Coordinate the development and delivery of the portfolio's supporter communication plans.
- Assistwith the sourcing and production of contentfor campaigns,including SEO,socialand email.



Content includes but not limited to, campaign imagery (photoshoots), video content,casestudiesand Canteen impact data
- Review and evaluate the execution of plans/campaigns, providing regular reporting on registrations, fundraisingincomeand participant engagement and develop post campaign reports.

About You

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Fundraising, Marketing or Customer Support role
- Proven experience in operational campaign delivery, including project management, marketing plans and execution, and reporting
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrated experience working with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM
- Previous copywriting experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Warm, compassionate, and friendly approach to supporting our young people.
