Our client has been operating in Melbourne for many years and has an excellent reputation among clients. As a result, they are now experiencing a significant increase in work in the state. This is an excellent prospect for a surveyor to join a reputable team working on small to medium-sized residential jobs

The vehicle offered is for full personal use and includes a fuel card, a laptop, an iPad, a phone, and equipment. OT is paid after 40 hours are completed in the field.

About the Land Surveyor Role

n

n
- Conduct cadastral surveys and land title investigations in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
n




- Complete data processing both in the field and back at home.
n
- Prepare accurate survey plans, cadastral maps, and legal descriptions for land parcels.
n
- Utilise advanced surveying technology and tools to ensure precision and efficiency in cadastral surveying activities.
n
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation of survey data and findings.
n

Land Surveyor Skills and Experience

n

n
- Minimum of 6 years' experience as a cadastral surveyor.
n
- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
n
- Able to do your own data processing.
n
- Understanding of cadastral principles.
n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
- Bachelor's degree or Tertiary education in Surveying or related field preferred.
