About the Role

n

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse & Dispatch Assistant to join us. This is first and foremost a warehouse role—you will spend the vast majority of your day keeping our stock organized, packing orders, and getting goods out the door.

n

However, because we are a small team, we all wear a few different hats. When dispatch quietens down, you will also assist our service department with basic, hands-on equipment assembly and simple troubleshooting. No prior technical qualification is needed—we will provide full training!

If you want a stable, active warehouse role where you can also use your practical, handyperson skills from time to time, this is the perfect balance.

Key Responsibilities

n

Warehouse & Dispatch (Primary Focus)

n

n
- Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare wholesale orders for daily courier collections and dispatch.
n
- Inbound Freight: Assist with receiving incoming stock, unloading shipping containers, and safely storing inventory.
n
- Inventory & Safety: Keep the warehouse clean, organised,



and running safely.
n
- Manual Handling: Safely handle and move stock. As a fitness business, our items (weights, benches, machines) can be heavy, so strict adherence to safe lifting practices is a must.
n

Basic Servicing & Assembly (Secondary Focus)

n

n
- Equipment Assembly: Help assemble and test-run premium fitness equipment before it is delivered or installed (full training provided).
n
- Minor Repairs: Assist with basic troubleshooting and straightforward part replacements on returned equipment.
n
- Parts Management: Help pack and label replacement parts for customer warranty claims.
n

What We Are Looking For

n

n
- Warehouse Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment (picking, packing, and dispatch).
n
- Physical Fitness & Strength: Comfort and capability handling heavy fitness equipment safely on a daily basis.
n
- A "Handy" Mindset: Comfort using basic hand tools and a practical, common-sense approach to assembling or fixing things (no professional technical background required).
n
- Reliable & Proactive: A team player who shows up on time, works hard, and actively looks for ways to help the team.
n
- Forklift Licence (LF): Highly regarded, but not essential.
n
