Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Leader with deep expertise in the Media domain to manage large-scale IT services and consulting accounts.

This role is responsible for overseeing delivery operations, optimizing onsite-offshore models, and leading transformation initiatives for high-profile clients in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT services and consulting accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
n
- Optimize delivery using the onsite-offshore model for cost efficiency and quality, while navigating cultural dynamics effectively.
n
- Lead large-scale transitions and drive agile transformation across major programs.
n




- Engage with architects and engineers on contemporary engineering practices such as Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, and Data/AI.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- 15+ years of experience in IT services/consulting, with at least 5 years in senior delivery leadership.
n
- Proven track record with large publishers or broadcasters in the media industry.
n
- Extensive experience in delivery model optimization and agile transformation.
n
- Technical fluency in Cloud, DevOps, and Data/AI technologies.
