We’ve partnered with a growing independent performance marketing agency specialising in retail and eCommerce to find an experienced Performance Managerto join their Sydney team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy, client relationships and hands-on performance marketing. You’ll be joining a collaborative, down-to-earth team where people are encouraged to share ideas, test new approaches and genuinely contribute to how client accounts grow and you'll help shape their paid media strategy while working alongside specialists across Paid Media, CRM, Strategy, Data and Measurement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and developing robust client relationships across a portfolio of eCommerce and retail brands.
- Developing quarterly strategies, campaign plans and media recommendations across paid search and paid social.
- Overseeing campaign performance across platforms including Google Ads and Meta, working closely with specialist teams on execution and optimisation.
- Analysing campaign performance, identifying opportunities and turning data into clear,



actionable recommendations.
- Bringing new ideas to your accounts through testing new channels, creative approaches, targeting strategies and campaign structures.

What We’re Looking For

- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media or Account Management, including at least 1 year within an agency environment.
- Experience across Google Ads, GA4 and Meta Business Manager, with TikTok, Snapchat or Pinterest experience considered a bonus.
- Comfortable balancing client communication with technical performance marketing andconfident in interpreting data, developing media strategies, allocating budgets and explaining your recommendations clearly to clients.
- Experience working with eCommerce or retail brands will be highly regarded.
