NIGHT SHIFT starts 8:30 PM to 4:36 AM to HR License Required

The Opportunity

n

Based at our North Melbourne depot and due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Truck Driver / Heavy Vehicle Driver for full time work performing essential services throughout the region. This is Night Shift role and can be physically demanding, with an expectation that you will regularly exit the truck to move bins throughout your run.

n

Responsible for a rear load collection vehicle

n

Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities

n

Daily pre-starts and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment

n

Client interaction and safe loading and unloading of truck

n

Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out

n

About You

n

Valid HR licence or higher and a clean driving record

n

Strong work background, excellent customer service ethic

n

Waste industry experience is an advantage

n

Reliable, flexible to work overtime and have a positive attitude

n

Strong commitment to safety and a willingness to work as part of a team

n

Willing to undertake pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing
