You will be working alongside a project manager and site manager in a site coordinator role based on site, working directly with site supervisor and leading hands and reporting to the project manager daily.
Key responsibilities
- Review scope of works, construction drawing specific to site, various site functions such as pre and post reports, toolbox meetings daily
- Liaise with sub-contractors and clients daily
- Carry out site inspections and attend sub-contractor meetings
- Distribute information to site from head office, e.g. updated plans
- Ensure WH&S; and environmental requirements are met
- Implement extensive site QA and ITP requirements
- Manage defects on various builders platforms
About you
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Building & Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- White Card
- Driver's Licence and own car or ute
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Dashpivot
- Basic understanding of Work Health and Safety Regulations in the construction industry
- Ability to interpret scope of works and specifications
- Ability to read and interpret tender drawings with an eye for detail
- Ability to capture historical information and report on findings
