SEO Specialist | Vision-Driven Digital Agency | $70,000 + Super

We're partnering with a fast-growing digital agency based on the Gold Coast to find a data-driven, strategy-led SEO/SEM Specialist to lead performance marketing for respected brands across Australia and international markets.

We're looking for someone who thrives on combining technical expertise with strategic thinking. You'll own campaign delivery end to end — from strategy to optimization — and help shape how the agency delivers SEO/SEM results that matter.

n

While the broader team drives UX, development, and design, you'll be the go-to expert for all things organic and paid search. This is a rare chance to help build and define the SEO/SEM offering at a quality-first agency that values clarity, outcomes, and smart partnerships.

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver SEO and SEM campaigns for government, non-profit, and commercial clients.
n
- Set clear goals, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and client success.
n
- Present strategy and insights with confidence — ensuring clients understand what's working and why.
n
- Conduct audits and apply best practices in indexing, structure, schema markup, and performance.
n
- Launch and refine Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns with a focus on measurable outcomes.
n




- Deliver meaningful reports that identify opportunities and drive decision-making aligned with client goals.

About You:

n

- 2+ years' hands-on SEO/SEM experience
n
- Agency background — you know how to juggle multiple clients and competing priorities
n
- Strong analytical mindset — you love translating data into smart decisions
n
- Clear communicator — you explain strategy and results in plain English
n
- Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and delivery
n
- Comfortable around CMS platforms (WordPress, Umbraco) and basic technical language
n
- Self-directed, organised, and accountable — you take ownership and follow through
n
- Preferred Tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, AHREFs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush.
