The Role

n

As ourNational Retail Manager, you will be the strategic and operational leader of our retail network across Australia. You'll play a pivotal role indriving sales growth, shaping the customer experience, and leading a high-performing team across our national store portfolio.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role whereyour passion for retail excellence, commercial acumen, and people-first mindsetwill shape the next phase of our retail evolution.

- Lead and inspirea team of Store Managers across a growing network of stores.
n
- Drivesales performance, profitability, and operational standardsacross all retail locations.
n
- Develop and execute thenational retail strategyin line with the company's vision and goals.
n
- Foster acustomer-first culture, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience in every store.
n
- Deliver onKPIs and sales targetswhile identifying opportunities for process and service improvements.
n
- Partner with Buying, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensurealignment of in-store executionwith brand campaigns and product launches.
n
- Oversee current store openings, refurbishments, and expansion planning.
n
- Lead thetraining, coaching,



and developmentof retail leaders to build internal capability and succession planning.

- Champion innovation in retail technology, merchandising, and team engagement

About You

n

n
- Proven experience as aRetail Manager, in either an area, state or national role,or similar multi-site leadership role
n
- Strong track record of deliveringsales growth and operational excellenceacross multiple stores.
n
- Inspirational people leader with a passion fordeveloping high-performing teams.
n
- Strategic thinker withcommercial insight and retail agility.
n
- Exceptional communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, and growing environment.
n
- Willingness to travel regularly and engage with store teams nationally.
n
