We are recruiting for a well-established and growing construction company on the Sunshine Coast looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team.
This is a hands-on role working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects are organised, documented and commercially on track.
The Role
- Managing construction contracts and project documentation
- Preparing and tracking variations
- Assisting with budgets, costs and progress claims
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and subcontractor documentation
- Maintaining project files and records
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, trades and subcontractors
- Monitoring project deadlines, approvals and outstanding items
- Supporting Project Managers and Site Supervisors
- General construction and commercial administration
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has Contracts Administration experience within construction
- Understands contracts, variations, purchase orders and project documentation
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Is confident communicating with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Can manage multiple projects and priorities
- Takes ownership and enjoys being part of a busy construction team
