Regents Park Christian School is a Christ‐centred learning community based on biblical principles. The school is co‐educational from Years K to 12. The vision of the school is to support families in educating their children from a Christian perspective.

Regents Park Christian School offers extensive professional learning opportunities for staff within a supportive and collaborative environment. This includes instructional coaching and external PD opportunities specific to each staff member's needs. We are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Dean of Stage 5 to commence Term 2, Week 5, 2026.

SELECTION CRITERIA

n

n
- Quality teaching and learning practices
n




- Skills and experience in Student Wellbeing as a Year Adviser or Coordinator
n
- High level communication and organisational skills including documenting student matters
n
- Understanding of current wellbeing trends and challenges facing adolescents
n
- High level interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with families.
n
- Experience working alongside Diverse Learning Team and supporting students who are gifted and talented as well those with learning and physical disabilities.
n
- Experience in discipline matters and complex conversations
n
- Experience in supporting the wholistic wellbeing of students (social, emotional, physical, spiritual and academic)
n

ESSENTIAL: Applicants must be a committed Christian and able to obtain a written reference from their current Protestant church minister.

n

A valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) must be provided.
