This fintech company based in Adelaide is currently seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their dynamic team.
n
Role Overview
n
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, implementing and troubleshooting software for the SIT, UAT and production environments used within the organization.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Monitor application performance, uptime and health.
n
- Provide support to resolve incidents, requests and queries related to systems.
n
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades and patches.
n
- Incident Management, resolving application related issues reported by users.
n
- Collaboration with internal business units and external stakeholders for issue resolution.
n
- Develop and execute scripts using SQL.
n
- Provide on call support.
n
n
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
n
n
- Hands-on experience in Application support
n
- Solid troubleshooting skills across applications, databases and systems
n
- Good Analytical skills
n
n
