We're on the lookout for a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Numbucca Heads V-Wall Pavilion site. This role reports to the Food & Beverage Supervisor and focuses on delivering exceptional experiences to guests and residents while enjoying a beautiful waterfront setting.

In this Role, You'll

n

- Deliver Exceptional Service: Create a positive front‐of‐house atmosphere, ensure an excellent customer experience, and handle complaints professionally.
n
- Maintain Standards & Compliance: Follow safety, security, and RSA/RCG regulations; uphold food quality and presentation standards at all times.
n
- Manage Stock & Minimize Waste: Check and accept produce, reduce wastage, and ensure all items are used to their full potential.
n
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Keep the shop, kitchen, and dining areas clean and hygienic, including equipment, tables, and floors.
n
- Chemical Safety: Handle approved chemicals safely, follow MSDS guidelines, and use correct PPE for all cleaning tasks.

- Physical Capability: You're comfortable with frequent lifting, standing, and operating kitchen/bar equipment, while using PPE and following safety procedures.
