Role Description

n

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney for aDynamics 365 Senior CE Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting requirement analysis, providing management consulting, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft products, and offering ongoing support and training for end-users. While the role is based in Sydney, some remote work from home is acceptable.

What You'll Do:

n

n
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
n
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, design CRM solutions, and deliver results
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and stakeholders
n
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement strategies
n

n

What You Bring:

n

n
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE implementations preferably 8+ years
n
- Strong understanding of customer engagement processes and CRM best practices
n




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
n
- Microsoft certifications are highly regarded
n
