Job Description

About the Role:
n
To assist with departmental initiatives and programs, specifically the delivery and implementation of communications, branding, and marketing in accordance with Fanquip's strategic objectives.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
- Creating and deploying content for a diverse range of projects and streams across multiple platforms
n
- Supporting the planning, development, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across a broad range of digital and traditional channels
n
- Collaborating with internal team members and stakeholders to ensure effective campaign assets are developed and deployed
n
- Evaluating campaign performance through effective analysis of key metrics, using essential data to create comprehensive reports
n
- Coordinating events in support of product and service promotions such as expos and online webinars
n
- Understanding and interpreting data-driven decisions and using this information to drive customer engagement
n
- Assisting in the development of key assets including brochureware, customer success stories and technical whitepapers for both digital & print
n
- Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining strategic working relationships with corporate and division stakeholders, for maximum marketing effectiveness
n
- Assisting the sales team in ad-hoc requests like updating brochures, making website edits and other departmental priorities
n
- Developing, executing, and reporting on market research initiatives to build insights for Corporate and Division strategic development and overall marketing planning
n
n
Skills & Experience:
n
n
- Ideal of working towards, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, coupled with demonstrated experience and success in a similar or lesser role
n
- Strong digital channel focus with understanding of SEM, SMM, EDM and supporting management platforms (CRM/HubSpot).
n
- A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
n
- Demonstrated understanding of best practices required to plan, execute, monitor and optimise inbound and outbound activation
n
- Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
n
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills with an ability to translate complex messaging into engaging, action-oriented content for range of internal and external audiences
n
- An ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to understand objectives and develop timely solutions
n
- An agile mind with the ability to seek out new and innovative ways to extend reach and position the business in new and existing markets
n
- Highly resourceful, driven and can use initiative to go beyond instruction and deliver integrated initiatives which provide a scaling effect for the business
n
- Outwardly positive, confident, reliable, customer-oriented, and highly organised
