- Lead and oversee the management of complex and high-risk claims.

- Partner with Legal and specialist teams to manage risk and achieve defensible outcomes.

- Identify emerging trends and risks across the claims portfolio.

- Drive technical excellence and continuously improve claims practices across the team.
