We are seeking a hands‐on and experienced machine operators for our manufacturing line. This role is ideal for someone who has machine operation experience with leading a team and wants to work within an ambitious business.

About the Role
n
You will work closely with the Line Supervisor to:
n
Operate and assist with setting up the panel production line
n
Monitor product quality and troubleshoot issues
n
Assist with loading coils and preparing raw materials for production
n
Ensure glue systems and materials are correctly set up and flowing
n
Maintain production records and follow work orders
n
Support changeovers and end of run clean ups
n
Perform basic maintenance tasks and report breakdowns
n
Ensure safety compliance and encourage safe work behaviours
n
Support continuous improvement and efficient workflow
n
This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, customer focused and able to lead by example.
n
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
n
A minimum of 3 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience (Panel/Extrusion preferred), FMCG or the Print industry also considered.
n
Solid understanding of safety and quality requirements
n
Good mechanical aptitude and problem solving ability
n
Ability to follow procedures
n
Team player who enjoys working with others
n
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
