What’s the gig?

You’ll take charge of the outbound/dispatch team, making sure customer orders, stock replenishments and bulk put‑away are completed before the shift wraps up.

You’ll be the person who sets the team up for success,



keeps everyone moving, solves problems as they pop up and makes sure the AM crew gets a proper handover.

What you’ll bring:

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience who knows how to motivate a team, communicate openly and lead from the front.

Experience with outbound/dispatch, freight or ugly/modular freight is a big plus, but we’re most interested in your ability to lead people, drive a strong safety culture and get the best out of your team.
