Our client, a leading ASX-listed company in the automotive sector, is seeking a talented Senior Financial Accountant to join their Head Office team. This is your chance to bring your Big-4 or mid-tier expertise to a energetic, fast-growing organisation where your insights will drive impactful business decisions.

What You'll Do:

n

n
- Lead month-end and year-end reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting.
n
- Support the Group Financial Controller and Group Reporting Manager in external audits and financial statement preparation.
n
- Own the Group's lease accounting in line with AASB 16.
n
- Contribute to tax compliance, including BAS preparation.
n
- Oversee fixed asset management and assist in system enhancements to improve financial processes.
n
- Strengthen internal controls across the business units.
n
- Manage special projects that impact business strategy and growth.
n

About You:

n

n
- CA/CPA qualified (or nearly complete).
n
- Strong external audit background, perfect for a first-time mover from public practice.
n
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with exposure to Power BI (desirable).
n
- Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
n
- Adaptability, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset.
n
