About the Opportunity
n
We're seeking anHR Generalist who is proactive, knowledgeable, and people-focused to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll support the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with employment laws and industrial relations frameworks, and help shape a culture of engagement, collaboration, and performance.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Providing responsive HR support and advice to employees and managers
n
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
n
- Supporting staff learning and development, including training needs analysis
n
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with NDIS and HCP requirements
n
- Assisting in the rollout of HR systems and process improvements
n
- Supporting organisational culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies
n
- Guiding leaders in effective performance management and people practices
n
- Ensuring compliance with industrial relations frameworks and Australian employment legislation
n
- Managing employee relations matters and mitigating associated risks
n
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and HR practices
n
- Supporting the success of the KompleteCare Quality Management System
n

What We're Looking For

- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations
n
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Professional and empathetic approach to team and staff engagement
n
- Proven ability to coach managers and support a high-performance culture

- Attention to detail with robust documentation and compliance skills
