Due to steady growth, we have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team located in our Laverton North branch, focusing on the Transport & Logistics sector. The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years end to end labour hire experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Advertising, screening, qualifying, interviewing and reference checking candidates
n
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
n
- Driving a culture of safety within our workforce
n




- Ensuring our database is updated with client and candidate information
n
- General administrative duties with a strong focus on compliance
n
- Account management of clients including regular site visits and candidate start ups
n
- Participating in weekly branch meetings
n

n

The successful candidate will possess the following skills, attributes and experience:

n

n
- You will ideally have previous proven end to end recruitment / labour hire experience within the transport & logistics sector. Specifically dealing with drivers, forklift drivers, pickers and similar roles.
n
- Energetic and self motivated with a strong work ethic.
n
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional early morning starts
n
- Ability to multi task and work within a fast paced environment
n
- Solid administration and computer skills with a high attention to detail
n
- Confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Experience with FastTrack 360 & Workpro is highly preferred.
n

Hours of office operation: 8.00am-4:30pm & 8:30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will need to be flexible to work across both of these times on a rotating basis. The position will also require the occasional early start to meet candidates at clients sites. This is non negotiable.
