- Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the quality of technical documentation
n
- Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to identify documentation needs
n
- Closing knowledge gaps and championing knowledge management practices
n
- Identifying and prioritising documentation gaps based on user needs
n
- Selecting and recommending documentation tools, content management systems, and publishing methods
n
- Establishing quality assurance processes
n
- Deciding what to include or exclude in documentation
n
- Setting review and update cadences to keep documentation relevant
n
- Structuring content architecture for ease of navigation and maintainability
n

Requirements

n
- Proven experience in a technical writing or digital documentation role
n
- Some programming or technical background
n
- Strong team orientation
n
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
n
- Proven ability to independently research complex technical topics
n
- High-quality, audience-appropriate content production
n
- Proactive approach to identifying gaps in documentation
n
- Ability to work comfortably with technical (engineering, QA) and non-technical (sales, operations, customers) audiences
n
- Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Git, Markdown,



or XML-based editors
n
- Agile mindset — comfortable adapting to shifting priorities

- Excellent written and spoken English with meticulous attention to detail
