Job Requirements
n
n
- Certificate III in Children Services or Diploma (or working towards as per ACECQA guidelines).
n
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
n
- Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
n
- A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 weeks – Kindergarten aged in a play‐based learning environment.
n
- Effective workplace communication skills.
n
- Willingness to obtain a Child Protection training as required.
n
