Join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy that offers planning, landscape architecture and arboriculture services across NSW. Due to significant growth and the recent acquisition of a major client, our client is seeking a Planner to join their collaborative Sydney team. This is an outstanding chance to build your expertise in complying development and approval pathways while learning from experienced industry professionals.

The Role

n

Working closely with Senior Planners and the Directors, you will assist in delivering planning advice and navigating approval pathways for residential and commercial developments across NSW.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare planning assessments and planning advice.
n
- Assist with CDC applications and approval pathways.
n
- Liaise with clients, certifiers, consultants and stakeholders.
n
- Conduct site investigations and planning research.
n




- Support project delivery from inception through to approval.
n
- Monitor legislative and policy changes impacting development.
n

About You

n

Qualifications in Urban Planning, Town Planning or similar.

n

n
- Experience within the NSW planning system.
n
- Exposure to CDCs, approval pathways or statutory planning.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- Motivated, proactive and eager to develop your career.
n
