Our client is currently recruiting for a Korean, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking Care Manager to support them in Asquith, Gr Sydney area.

My client is seeking a Care Manager to join its modern 97-bed Residential Aged Care Facility in Asquith. Working alongside another Care Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping clinical excellence, supporting staff development, and ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care in a welcoming multicultural environment.
About the Role:
As Care Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership across the facility, supporting the delivery of high-quality care while fostering a positive and supportive culture for residents, families and staff.
You'll oversee care planning, clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, workforce leadership, compliance requirements, and contribute to achieving excellent resident outcomes. You'll also play a key role in mentoring staff and driving best practice aged care across the service.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced aged care qualified who combines strong clinical knowledge with people leadership skills.
You will bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in a Care Manager or senior clinical leadership role
- Strong understanding of residential aged care operations and compliance
- Experience leading,
coaching and developing multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for person-centred care and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence working with clinical systems and documentation requirements
- Knowledge of AN-ACC and aged care quality standards is highly regarded
