Kate Langford Career Consulting is a growing business specialising in career coaching, job market navigation, confidence building, and interview and resume services. Due to growth, we are seeking an extra team member who will be a motivated and relationship-focused Career Sales Consultant to join our Caloundra office.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward appropriate services. The role plays a key part in supporting business growth while ensuring a high standard of client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct discovery consultations with prospective clients via phone and Zoom
- Convert enquiries into clients through consultative, value-based conversations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage client information and activity within CRM systems
- Follow up enquiries and nurture leads
- Coordinate and hand over client information to colleagues as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of services and processes




- Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking

Skills and Experience:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
- Experience in consultative sales or a similar client-facing role
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Ability to work towards performance targets and KPIs
- Team-oriented with alignment to company values
