Carpenter / Handy Person required for a large facilities maintenance company

Your recent company An established facilities maintenance company who carry out maintenance across a portfolio of blue chip clients have an immediate requirement for a 2 - 3 x experienced Maintenance Carpenters or Handy Persons to join their team.

Your new role

As Maintenance Carpenter / Handy Person you will be based on a single A grade site, where you will be required you to carry out all-round maintenance which will include carpentry, hanging doors, window repairs, partioning, minor plumbing, replacing lamps, painting / patching, client liaison, general reporting, dealing with sub-contractor and other related maintenance duties.





What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application for the Maintenance Carpenter / Handy Person position you must have previous all-round maintenance experience, good customer service skills, basic computer skills and no previous criminal convictions.

What you'll get in return

You will have the opportunity to work for an established facilities maintenance company, excellent working environment and a salary of $80,000 - $85,000 + super.
