Looking for casual work that fits around university, school drop-offs and pick-ups, or other commitments? Join Flick Anticimex as a Customer Care Agent and build practical customer service and sales experience in a supportive team environment.

We have casual opportunities available from September to March, with potential for ongoing employment. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 7.00 am to 6.00 pm, with occasional Saturdays when required. We offer flexibility and will work with suitable candidates to find availability that complements study or school-hour commitments.

What you will be doing

· Help customers with enquiries and turn suitable opportunities into bookings. · Provide friendly,



practical advice and create a positive customer experience.

· Work towards daily service and sales targets with the support of your team.

· Record customer interactions and bookings accurately in our CRM.

· Complete administration tasks and support customer retention.

· Bring positive energy and professionalism to every conversation.

What we are looking for

· A confident communicator who enjoys helping people and finding solutions. · A customer-first attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.

· The ability to stay organised in a busy, fast-paced environment.

· Confidence using technology and learning new systems.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

· Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or call centre experience is welcome, but not essential.
