The Opportunity:

We are seeking a reliable casual Forklift/Warehouse Operator to join our Yandina team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced warehousing environment where you will work within a team to ensure a smooth flow of materials across the business, from raw materials inwards to finished goods outwards, while also supporting and replenishing internal production teams to keep operations running smoothly.

You will play a key role in ensuring materials are received, stored, picked, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, with safety, teamwork, and attention to detail essential every day.

The Hours:

The warehouse operating hours are between 6:00am–5:30pm,



Monday to Friday and staff are rostered to cover these hours.

This is a casual role working up to 38 hours per week, with opportunity for progression to a full time position for the right person. Forklift licence is essential.

Responsibilities:

- Receive, check, and store incoming raw materials
- Pick, pack, and dispatch finished goods accurately
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Replenish internal production areas with required materials
- Operate forklifts and RF scanners
- Maintain accurate stock control and rotation
- Assist with cycle counts and stocktakes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse (5S standards)

About You:

- Forklift licence (essential)
- Warehouse or logistics experience (manufacturing environment highly regarded)
- Confident using RF scanners or warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
