We're hiring casual staff to support a late-night karaoke venue. This is a hands-on role combining customer service, bar service, room resets/cleaning, food & drink service, and POS/cash handling.
Key responsibilities
- Provide basic bar service (pouring drinks, preparing simple mixed drinks, restocking bar items)
- Greet guests and assist with bookings and room questions
- Take orders and process payments (POS cash handling)
- Clear glassware and keep service areas clean and organised
- Work alongside team members and security to keep the venue safe and running smoothly
About you
- Current RSA (essential)
- Available every Friday & Saturday night (7pm–3am)
- Confident,
friendly communicator who enjoys working with groups
- Fast mover who stays calm under pressure during busy periods
- Robust hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Trustworthy and accurate with POS and cash handling
- Hospitality or room service experience is a bonus (training provided)
- Vietnamese language skills highly regarded
