Customer Service oriented Receptionist required initially starting with 9 hours per week (Wed 9:30am-1:30pm and Fri 9:30am-2:30pm) with capacity to increase hours for a growing Physiotherapy Clinic in central Wangaratta. We provide physiotherapy and personal training services and are passionate about the provision of holistic care that empowers our clients to reach their health and fitness goals, including for those recovering from injury.

Duties include:

· Greeting clients face to face

· Managing bookings and re-bookings – in person, by phone and other platforms and devices

· Handling client enquiries – in person, by phone and other platforms and devices

· Daily invoicing and client payments processes

· Product and supply management

· Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy physical environment

· Other duties as required

Essential requirements:

· Front office customer service and/or receptionist experience

· A proactive, pre-emptive approach to product/supplies management

· Positive problem solving skills





· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

· Numeracy skills associated with payment processes

· A high degree of confidentiality and discretion

· Comfortable with technology, social media, and other marketing channels

· Demonstrated interest in the health and fitness arena

· Legal ability to work in Australia

· The successful candidate will need to provide evidence of current ‘Working with Children’ certification, and given the sensitive nature of the role, may be required to provide a police check verification.

Desirable, but not essential:

· Experience in a Physio, OT, Medical, Gym or related environment
