About the Role
n
As a Registered Cath Lab Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Delivering safe, evidence‐based nursing care
n
- Providing expert clinical support to VMOs during cath lab procedures including coronary angiograms, pacemakers and vascular procedures
n
- Collaborating effectively within the Cath Lab and wider multidisciplinary healthcare team
n
- Contributing to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
n
- Acting as a role model for safe practice and professional standards
n
n
Essential Criteria
n
n
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience in a Cath Lab environment
n
- Bachelor of Nursing
n
- AHPRA registration
n
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to high‐quality patient care
n
- Self‐motivated with the ability to work effectively in a high‐functioning team
n
- Well‐developed interpersonal and communication skills
n
n
Desirable criteria
n
n
- Postgraduate Certificate in Cardiac Care (or currently working towards)
n
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
n
