At the company, a Courseware Developer works within a group of dedicated training professionals to develop interactive eLearning content for our Defence and Security clients in Australia.

n

As a Courseware Developer, you will work as part of the production team comprised of other developers, multimedia specialists, quality assurance personnel, web developers, and subject matter experts to build a full range of learning products from one‐page job aids to full e‐learning courseware programs or interactive 3‐D simulations.

Description

- Design and develop the company managed courseware and training materials in line with standardised product processes and product specifications
n
- Participate in review of training content to ensure adherence to development standards and requirements and implement feedback from the development team
n
- Adhere to delivery schedules and report any issues arising related to scope or schedule
n
- Collaborate with colleagues in sharing of expertise and the performance of similar or connected tasks
n

Minimum Qualifications

n

n
- Experience or qualifications in the development of computer‐based training
n
- Solid experience in training development, ideally within defence or aviation industries
n




- Experience with Learning Content Management Systems and authoring tools
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
n
- Ability to work to a hybrid arrangement, minimum 3 days in the office and 2 days adaptable. Working out of the Head Office in Homebush, NSW.
n
- Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an Australian Citizen
n

- Cert IV in Training and Assessment

- Demonstrated understanding of ADF training policies and procedures
