n THE OPPORTUNITY:
n We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedAsset Analystto join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining our asset registry framework, ensuring data integrity, and delivering high-value management reporting. You will play a key role in supporting business decisions through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
n Key Responsibilities:

n

- Develop, maintain, and improve the asset registry framework and records.
n
- Enhance the asset register to deliver meaningful, high-value management reporting.
n
- Extract and interrogate data from asset systems to support strategic decisions.
n
- Collaborate with the Asset team to ensure accurate data collection and entry.
n
- Deliver monthly KPI reports and support internal/external stakeholders via phone.
n
- Provide timely and accurate reports on lifecycle costing, asset costs vs maintenance, budgets, and trend analysis.
n

To be successful you will need:nn
- Degree in Business, Finance, or similar; or Diploma/Cert IV in Management/Finance.
n
- Minimum 5 years of commercial asset management experience.
n
- Proven ability to manage large and unstructured data sets.
n
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and risk evaluation.
n
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
n
- Experience in mechanical equipment management, leasing, or operations (preferred).
n




- Excellent interpersonal and customer account management skills.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
