Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Property, Procurement & Capital Projects ANZ, you'll oversee Abano's Australian property portfolio, coordinating property projects and managing day‐to‐day facilities operations. This is a hands‐on role combining project delivery, facilities management, contractor oversight and stakeholder engagement across a multi‐site network.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver property projects including recent practice set‐ups, refurbishments, relocations, expansions and closures
n
- Coordinate MARS project teams to ensure timely, high‐quality outcomes
n
- Manage repairs, maintenance and capital works efficiently and cost‐effectively
n
- Oversee contractors and service providers across cleaning, security, maintenance and utilities
n
- Mitigate property‐related risk and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
n
- Partner closely with practices, support office teams and external stakeholders
n

Qualifications

n

n




- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar facilities or project coordination role
n
- Proven experience managing multi‐site facilities
n
- Strong understanding of building services, compliance and contractor management
n
- Highly organised, delivery‐focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
n
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships and gets things done
n
- Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Property, Construction, Project Management or a related field
n
