Requirements

- 3+ years managing technology partners at a high‐growth SaaS company
n
- Experience launching new technology partnerships from go‐live on the marketplace and creating long‐term, revenue‐productive pipelines
n
- Revenue focus and ability to manage partner leads throughout the deal cycle (lead submission to closed won)
n
- Experience in HR tech fields is a huge plus
n
- Commercial grasp of integrations and collaboration with cross‐functional partners to drive business value
n
- Comfortable with ambiguity and growing programs from the ground up
n
- Independent leadership of external client or partner conversations with executives
n
- Adaptability to a fast‐paced, entrepreneurial environment
n

Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage a portfolio of integrated technology partners
n
- Develop a reciprocal, long‐term partner strategy that makes partners revenue‐productive by exchanging qualified leads
n
- Onboard newly launched partners by setting KPIs, creating mutual action plans, and driving accountability across the partner base
n
- Drive aggressive partner‐sourced pipeline growth through consistent, thoughtful joint tech partner engagement strategies
n
- Foster direct relationships with sellers at partner companies to source net new pipeline
n
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to problem‐solve for customers and prospects using the app marketplace and partner relationships
n
- Increase adoption of integrations across existing mutual customers
n
- Work closely with the Integrations + Ecosystem team to drive future integration strategy, ensure smooth transition, and track valuable program KPIs
n
- Host partner engagement activities including lunch & learn, co‐marketing campaigns, webinars, etc.
n
- Become an expert in presenting the value of HiBob's partner program
n
- Create presentations that communicate impact, gain stakeholder buy‐in, and drive execution
n
