Responsibilities

n

n
- Providing walk�up, concierge�style IT support to users across the business
n
- Engaging confidently with staff at all levels, including senior leadership
n
- Troubleshooting end�user issues across devices, applications, and meeting room technologies
n
- Managing device lifecycle tasks (builds, deployments, refreshes)
n
- Supporting modern workplace tools including Intune, O365, Teams, and AV/meeting room systems
n
- Acting as a visible, proactive representative of the onsite IT function
n




- Delivering a high�quality user experience with professionalism, empathy, and ownership
n

Key Skills

n

n
- Strong customer presence - confident, approachable, and polished in face�to�face interactions
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into user�friendly language
n
- Proactive mindset - you don't wait for users to come to you
n
- Experience in end�user support, modern workplace technologies, and device management
n
- Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow experience ideal but not essential)
n
- High energy, resilience, and a genuine service�first attitude
n
- Experience in TechBar, concierge, VIP/executive support, or similar customer�facing IT roles is highly valued
n
- Candidates must have full working rights in Australia.
