Diamond Lawn & Garden Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our Emerald region.
This is a key leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, can lead a team effectively and is confident dealing with clients, safety and operational issues.
The Role
- Coordinating daily schedules, staff and operational priorities
- Leading, supervising and mentoring field staff
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Inspecting completed works and maintaining quality standards
- Managing staff performance, attendance and conduct
- Ensuring WHS, PPE and company procedures are followed
- Managing vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Responding professionally to client enquiries and service issues
- Completing quotations and identifying business opportunities
- Providing regular operational reports to management
About You
- Has experience supervising or leading a team
- Has experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, gardening, construction, facilities or a similar industry
- Is confident managing people and holding staff accountable
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Takes pride in quality, presentation and safety
- Can work independently and make sound decisions
- Has a strong work ethic and takes ownership of their responsibilities
