n Remuneration: $41.57 - $46.20 per hour (incl. 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Advantages

About The Role

n

As a Home Care Support Worker, you'll provide personalised, in-home support to aged care clients, helping them maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life. No two days are the same - you'll be out in the community making a genuine impact.

You Will

n

n
- Provide person-centred care tailored to each client's goals and preferences
n
- Assist with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming)
n
- Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping
n
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
n
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social connection
n
- Work closely with Care Partners and families to deliver consistent care
n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
n

What You'll Bring

You'll Have

n

n
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
n
- Experience working in home care or aged care
n
- A caring, respectful, and client-focused approach
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
n
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and a National Police Check
n
