Join to apply for the Assistant Educators role at Eden Academy Maddingley. We are a child protected organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for children to explore, grow, and thrive. In your role as an Assistant Educator, you will contribute to a caring, collaborative team that supports every child's development.

- You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection

- Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
n

- Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room

Qualifications

n

n
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
n
- A current Working with Children Check
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
n
- Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
n
- Full availability to work 5 days,



Monday to Friday across all shift patterns
n
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
n
