About the Opportunity
n
As a Finance Graduate,you'llplay a hands‐on role in delivering insights that support key business decisions across RACV.You'llgain experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning, while collaborating with stakeholders to supportreal businessinitiatives. Working in a supportive team environment,you'llbuild your technical capability and developstrong communicationskills.This role will be working between both our CBD and Noble Park offices.

Throughout the program, you will:
n

- Contribute to financial planning and reporting initiatives that support data‐informed business decisions
n
- Develop meaningful business insights by analysing data,identifyingtrends, and providing recommendations
n
- Build andmaintainreports and dashboards to support stakeholders across the business
n
- Assistin the delivery of change and continuous improvement projects, contributing toreal businessoutcomes
n
- Support governance and control processes to ensure effective, compliant operations
n
n
What you'll need to be successful

To be considered for the program, you'll need
n
n
- ABachelor's Degree inCommercewith a focus on Finance, Accounting or Analyticsor a related field
n
- To have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years
n
- Demonstrate robust curiosity, with a genuine interest in learning, asking questions and understanding how the business operates
n
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders
n
- Problem‐solving skills and an ability to generate practical solutions
n
- Have well‐developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information and draw meaningful insight
n
- Previouswork experience in finance,accountingand commerce (desirable)
n
- A validdriver'slicence (successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria)
