Abbot Point Operations requires a proactive and dynamic Operations Support Officer to join our Logistics Team to deliver operations logistics business reports and provide data analytics and functional support to users of the Logistics Management System. The successful candidate will have the ability to perform strongly in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

To be successful in this role, you will deliver the following key accountabilities:

Execute the approved Operations and Logistics business reporting processes, to publish the approved weekly, monthly and yearly reports in accordance with APO Business needs, Terminal Regulations and the O&M; contract

Facilitate and co-ordinate monthly reporting process review meetings, to ensure accuracy, consistency and improved reporting outputs

Support and identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement

Deliver business reports as approved or requested by the Operations Leadership Team

Execute the approved site wide Daily Communications process so as outputs are available at all workgroups pre-starts each day





Support the Logistics Superintendent and Production Superintendent in executing the approved Quality Management Event Notification process

Support the Production Superintendent in ensuring site induction and compulsory competencies requirements are met for 3rd Party Access Holders

Provide commercial support to Operations Leadership Team.

Ideally, you will also have the following:

Five years’ experience in a similar administration role.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience Logistics Management Software (Unleashed Software) favoured.

Robust team player with the ability to support team members effectively.
