Peninsula Hot Springs is Australia's largest geothermal mineral springs destination and an award-winning wellness and tourism business. We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team on a six-month parental leave contract, leading the performance of our digital ecosystem during an exciting period of continued growth.

Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll lead paid media, website performance, CRM, attribution, agency partnerships and a talented in-house digital team, ensuring every digital touchpoint contributes to exceptional guest experiences and commercial success.

About the Role

n

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on solving problems, challenging the status quo and continually improving digital performance.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading paid media strategy and optimisation across multiple digital channels in partnership with agencies.
n
- Managing external digital agencies and holding partners accountable for performance.
n
- Driving website optimisation, digital experience and online conversion.
n
- Enhancing CRM, customer lifecycle marketing and personalisation.
n
- Delivering meaningful reporting,



attribution and performance insights.
n
- Leading and developing two Digital Marketing Specialists.
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion and commercial performance.

About You

n

You'll bring:

- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or ecommerce.
n
- Robust commercial acumen and an analytical mindset.
n
- Experience managing digital agencies and optimising paid media performance.
n
- Knowledge of website optimisation, CRM and digital customer journeys.
n
- A collaborative leadership style with experience developing high-performing teams.
n
- The ability to confidently influence stakeholders and translate data into action.
n

Experience within tourism, hospitality, premium consumer brands or ecommerce will be highly regarded.
